Permissions on Dashboard from Analytics

Hello,

I did a dashboard from Analytics but no one can access :

"Error 

Status code: [403], Message: You do not have permission to execute this query"

How can I give access in view on this dashboard ? (I'm administrator / version 4.3)

I saw documentation on "Analytics and Data Security" (https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO43/Analytics+and+Data+Security) but I didn't find the screen on AppDynamics.

Hi Marie,

Have you given permission for both Analytics and Custom Dashboard?

Can you attach the screens as what you are seeing?

Hi Marie,

The screen does not confirms the dashboard permissions.
If you have admin access
1. Goto Gear icon on the top right corner > Administrator
2. Select the user who is having trouble seeing dashboard.
3. Capture the roles that are assigned to him/her.

Attach the screen.
