On Demand Reports - Hardware Utilization Report

Hello Team,

We generated On-Demand Reports - Hardware Utilization Report for a month and observed a column Named "Avail %" just wanted to confirm if it is the Agent Availability % its getting displayed in the report.

Attaching the report as well

Please suggest.
