Hi,

I have added JAVA application in Appdynamics. I am getting the no laod detected for the time range. Even though there is load on the application. Could  you please help me on this .

Hi Siva,

Please verify if the agent from which you are expecting the load is configured correctly to communicate with this controller.

We can check the latest server logs at <ControllerHome>/logs/* and agent logs at <AgentHome>/<Version>/logs/<nodeName>/* to see if agent is communicating with the Controller.

Please attach these log files if you need further assistance.

Yes, there are license expiry reported in the logs.

Controller logs:
