We are using AppDynamics javascript agent for End User Monitoring - I have to check timelimit for historical, if there is any time frames after data would be lost for the application.

Are you asking if there is a timelimit for EUM snapshots?

If so, then yes I think it's 90 days or something like that. If you're On-Prem you should be able to edit it, the exact fields are in this document: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Configure+the+EUM+Server

If I'm understanding your question then no I think it's universal since it's a setting on the Controller. If you're using the SAAS Controller, you may need to request AppD to edit the snapshot expiration time for you, I'm not sure, I'm On-Prem.
