Creation of Dashboard

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible for me to create a Dashboard wherein I can showcase the ff KPI below. For the Error I know where to find it but for the rest I don't have idea since this was my first time using the said KPI's. Hope you guys can help me.

Availability of the service
Online Payment Attempts (Succesful/Unsucessful)
Errors
Amount
MOde of Payment

Hi,

We can create dashboard from the metrics avaliable in the metrics browser. You will find the availability metrics, error per minute and other metrics in the metric browser.

We can create a transaction analytics widgets to analyse the captured transactions and showcase  online payment, amount or mode of payment.Refer below documet to create a analytics widget.

Hi Pratik,

This is the one that I'm looking for but can you please teach mo on how to get this type of  KPI?

I can't really find it, all I can see are AVR, Errors permin, Stall count and etc.

I am thinking you will need Analytics license for this.

Update: Which KPI are you exactly looking for? Calls per MInute? sorry, its not clear from the screen shot you attached.
