Browser synthetic monitoring

I am not able to capture a pop-up login window from one of the page while capturing with 

Katalon Recorder (Selenium IDE + Code Export)

Due to which the Python script fails.

Please Help

Hi Harshvardhan

Are you using IE browser? Because if so, Window popup monitoring is not supported for IE in synthetics. We currently do not support window.open() popups in IE which is why your script might be failing;

Hi Harsh,

Yes it should work with chrome. Though we do not have docs for the official support on this as of now, but we have seen it working for customers on chrome. FF I am not sure, but you can give a try.
