@Anonymous Just wondering if you've been able to follow the steps provided by @Peter.Holditch  & @Anonymous and if that has helped you out.

Best,

Pranay,

What do you see in the agent log you will find in the

"/home/ec2-user/apache-tomcat-7.0.82/webapps/appagent/ver4.5.9.25648/logs/<nodename>"

directory

(where <nodename> is the name of the node you configured)

You will likely find some explanation of what is happening in here.

Warm regards,

Peter.

Hi Pranay,

Can you check agent-controller connectivity?

If it is fine, share agent.log file generated at location /home/ec2-user/apache-tomcat-7.0.82/webapps/appagent/ver4.5.9.25648/logs/<nodename>

Regards,

Pankaj
