Is there option in ADRUM.js to capture the screenshot of the browser UI.

Use Case:

User Experiences a error; Error is logged by the application and sent to EUM Cloud. It would be useful to actually  see how does the error look, as percieved by the User. Normally, support teams would ask users to attach the screenshot while reporting an incident/ticket.

It would be helpful to capture the screenshot of the UI if the error severity is high. Does EUM allows any such feature ?

Hi Abhinav,

Not for the Real User Monitoring, but AppDynamics Synthetic User Monitoring does capture the browser UI screenshot across the synth user journey in a session.

Thanks Gaurav,

As explained earlier, i am actually looking for the screencapture of the actual user in certain specific situations.

I suggest if you can discuss the feasiblity for this requirement with your team.
