Access to Controller Log Files

Hi Team,

Where can I access SaaS based Controller Log files?

Reason:

I have a SaaS Controller ver 4.4.3.20084 deployed to a client.

We are having issues where couple of Java agents is not able to connect to controller,

due to various proxy/firewall rules preventing the connection.

From a trouble shooting point of view, like to find out if the controller received any agentconnection

attempts.

Many Thanks

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

Unfortunately, as this is a saas environment, you do not have an access to the controller logs.

Thanks,

Yogesh
