Is there a specific capability that will allow non-admin users to manage their own app without giving them access to either create new apps or modify the other apps?

For example, we'd like to give users the ability to upload assets to their own apps without being able to modify other apps or install any new ones.

Is this possible?

I was able to do this by adding the role edit_scripted.
