How can I combine 2 authentication sources?

I have been able to authenticate to a Radius server but would like to authenticate to accounts in Splunk own user list if the account does not exist in radius or the Radius server does not reply. This would be sort of a backup method in case Radius is not available.

Thanks for any suggestions.

In Splunk 4.1, LDAP/Scripted Auth is done side-by-side with SplunkAuth. Enable Radius authentication and you can still create Splunk users.

Enjoy!
