Can't create Splunk On Call trial

we are looking for an incident management solution and wish to try out Splunk On Call but we were not able to start a trial from your product page as we are unable to submit the trial form and we get the following error

Have you tried clearing our cache/using a different browser? I've had trouble sometimes logging in but this has fixed the problem for me!

thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, I have tried already on 3 different browsers and I am still not able to get started with the trial. I am getting the same form error on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
