not getting pdf emails

Hi,
I've setup a dashboard to be emailed on a schedule, but I'm not getting it. I tried a test email, and that didn't come in either. I see the following in the python.log:

I also have a similar problem. But in my case, emails are processed fine most of the time. Which logs can provide me error information around the reason the email was not sent successfully on instances that the emailing fails?
