aborting PDF generation

An error occurred while generating a PDF of this report: Failed to generate PDF: PDF server at https://xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx/services/pdfserver/renderpdf returned error: Remote host does not look like a Splunk server; aborting PDF generation

Anyone knows what is the problem?

Double check that the "Link hostname" field in Manager » System settings » Email alert settings is the IP address or hostname of the search head.

And also check the ../splunk/var/log/splunk/python.log on the PDFserver to see the exact errors
