ID.me error

I am attempting to register my veteran status to my account however I am getting an error that says my ID.me account is already in use.

I did start a new registration process but never added an email bc I already have an account.

Where can I find help with this?

Same issue here.  Is there some kind of approval process the accounts need to go through?
