Hi!

Recently changed the type of license in splunk, after which he began to show error 500 Previously, the splunk was configured to address 10.1.110.96 by modifying the web.conf files and splunk-launch.conf - after the change of the license there was an error - then I returned everything to 127.0.0.1. splunk started working again. At the old address, he does not want to run.
