What are the major changes between Splunk version 6.1.9 and 6.4.3?

I was looking to upgrade my current version of splunk (6.1.9) to the latest version (6.4.3). Before that I just want to know if there are any known bugs in the latest version. Also it would be great if anyone can post a document which shows the major changes on the latest version?

The release notes also contain known issues lists, and (for maintenance releases) lists of fixed problems.
