We are getting FORBIDDEN error while trying to install Machine Toolkit in Splunk cloud trial version 6.5.

We were able to do it earlier but now we are getting FORBIDDEN error.

I don't think you are allowed to install that in the Cloud trial. Set up an Enterprise trial if you want to try out the MLTK
