I am not finding universal fowarder that supports windows 2012 , NT 6.2 version ??

You need to click on the "Older Releases" link and then select x86_64 from the Windows list. That takes you to https://www.splunk.com/page/previous_releases/universalforwarder#x86_64windows where should find what you're looking for.
