hi
i'm copy log of my application to splunk server with script (i don't use forwarder here)

now problem is log send to splunk server with 1 day delay!
for example yesterday log rich to server today! (real date of logs only exist in name of log file, even in each line of log only exist time not date)

as you know splunk consider date of import log file as date of events!
alt text

now how can I force splunk to use date that exist in log file name?

FYI: file extension are bz2.
thanks.
