Windows app indicates "not set up" after upgrading from 4.0.1 to 4.3.3

After upgrading Splunk from 4.0.1 to 4.3.3 and installing the most recent Windows app, the windows app will first state that it is not set up followed by a http 404 error when clicking the button to proceed to set up.

Please make sure that you remove the old Windows app as this can interfere with the current Windows app. You will also want to ensure that the permissions are properly set for the new version.
