Splunk Integration with OCI

Getting Data In

I have been trying to integrate Splunk with OCI for data collection and the Add-On provided is not working.

Error: Private key provided is incorrect or passphrase is not correct.

Does anyone have documentation reference for building Custom Add-On for troubleshooting the existing Add-On?
