Format Splunk Output - How to add a title line in CSV output?

Hi,

I am generating a report using data from database.
I have a tabular format in my CSV.
Is it possible via Splunk to add a header/title to the CSV file?

I was wondering if there is a way to do it via Splunk.
May be not as a built-in splunk functionality. But with a script or something. But this script needs to run on Splunk and which in turn formats and sends the formatted CSV to an email.

The reason, I am asking, is because I am came across 'Run a Script' during scheduling. But not sure if that can be used or if yes, how to use it?

CSV is a flat structured data format, and naturally contains column headers. A "title" would be a feature of some interpretation of that data (e.g. when opened in a spreadsheet program), and is beyond its context.
