What is you question about: CPU or disk usage?

you talk about CPU usage and show df output ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Please provide more detail on this ... or check

for disk usage problems https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/125429/tracking-down-where-disk-space-has-gone-on-linux
for cpu usage problems https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/20483/how-to-find-which-process-is-causing-high-cpu-usage

hello

have a look at this app:
Splunk on Splunk (S.o.S) is an app that turns Splunk's diagnostic tools inward to analyze and troubleshoot problems in your Splunk environment.

let me know if this helps!

That particular app is not relevant after Splunk 6.2, the monitoring console now has the functionality required
