Splunk .conf24 iOS app not allowing credentials?

Is the Splunk .conf24 iOS app not properly setup to accept credentials at this time?

Some have problems signing in to the app and some do not (I do not).  The app uses your .conf24 credential, which may be different from your splunk.com credentials.  Some have found resetting their password on the .conf24 web site helps them sign in to the app.

If you still can't sign in, there will be an app help desk at .conf24.
