Unable to push SHC bundle from Deployer to SHC members

Everytime I put the below command to push the bundle,

C:\Windows\system32>splunk apply shcluster-bundle --answer-yes -target https://SHCmember:8089

I get the below error,

Error while creating deployable apps: Error moving tmp_staging_area="C:\Program Files\Splunk\var\run\splunk\deploy.815526edhbc.tmp" to dst="C:\Program Files\Splunk\var\run\splunk\deploy": Access is denied.

There have been only few instances, when it ran successfully, but now again it has started to repeat.

Despite checking all permissions and everything, its still occuring. Plus I noticed there is no such folder deploy in C:\Program Files\Splunk\var\run\splunk\

Please advise.

please try creating an empty folder "C:\Program Files\Splunk\var\run\splunk\deploy" see if it fixes?

also check the permissions of your files, and check if there there are no "hidden" files
