Deployment server Disconnected- What could be the issue?

Hello,

 Can anyone help me out with deployment server and UF architecture.

In our environment we are facing issues pertaining to deployment server to Uf connection. for some DS - UF the connection is voluntarily being disconnected. What could be the issue?

UF connects to DS not the other way around.  There should be messages in splunkd.log on the UF that explains why the connection dropped.

Tell us more about the problem.  Is it happening with all clients or just some of them?  If some then which ones?  Are they using SSL?  What is the network topology between UF and DS like?
