Can one Deployment server send data to another deployemnt server ?

Can one deployment server send data to another deployment server and then to the universal forwarders? If so can you please let me know the how to do it.

Yes, it can. It's called a multi-tenant deployment environment.

Hrrm.

The default location an application gets deployed to is $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps, so that may not work.

It may be an easier solution to set up an rsync process and to schedule a period reload of serverclass.conf..

Thanks, But I need to transfer data from one deployment server to another deployment server. The deployment clients only communicate with the second server.
