How to get exponential values in line chart when using IE browser?

I have a line chart in one of my dashboards and I am using chrome and IE. When I hover over the values in the line chart they all show as a percentage. but when I do it in IE some of the value show up as example: (7e, -20). What could be causing that? I checked the search and the statistics are normal in the table.
