How to do floor plan customization in Splunk?

Hi!

Is there a way that I can upload an image of a floor plan then create a custom tiles with colors changing depending on the status?

or this is not possible with splunk?

Yes, it is possible. What you describe is what Splunk calls a choropleth map. See https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.2.6/Viz/Choroplethmaps for details.
