How to customize pagination in dashboard using SIMPLE XML?

Hi All,

I want to make navigation to page 1 easier and convenient even if i am in page 100 which currently is hard as I need to click on Prev button 100 times to go to page 1 in the dashboard which has a table with large number of records in it.

My requirement is Page 1 should always appear irrespective of the page we are currently in. This functionality is already present in splunk when we do a search index="_internal" as shown in the below image.

How to achieve the same functionality in dashboard by using SIMPLE XML ONLY?

First, I don't understand what you mean when you say

I don't believe this is possible in Simple XML.

Thanks for the quick response. If not simple xml, it would be great if you can suggest me other ways to accomplish the above requirement.
