Can I use macros to dynamically populate the drop-down list in a dashboard?

Hi all,

I have created a macro 'my_macro' that gives me a table of 4 values: say 'abc', 'def', 'ghi', 'jkl'.

Now I want to have a drop-down list in the dashboard:

alt text

This is the syntax I am using. I want to know, how can I use a macro and create a dynamic/static drop-down list in a dashboard?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Macro instead of writing directly, I think that it is sufficient to use in the search statement.
Macro must be made as a search macro.
