How do I auto-refresh a dashboard?

I have pasted the Search query which gives me the count in the search bar and saved as Dashboard showing number of count columns. Kindly let me know how can I set this Dashboard to be refreshed every 1 hour or 24 hours.

Also, as of v6.who.knows, you can now refresh each panel with it's own individual settings. Just click Edit -> [Magnifying Glass Icon on your Panel] -> Search -> Edit Search -> Auto Refresh Delay.
