Add Event or Fields action menu to dashboard/table

We need to get a workflow action of drilldown to another application( Dynatrace) into Dashboard table.
Currently I am able to get workflow action working from Event Action/ Fields Action menu.

Not sure how to bring this to dashboard/ table view.
Pls advise

You can drilldown to another dashboard or external link using Splunk drilldown
