Hello everyone,

When I try to log in on my monitoring, after I click on "Launch AppDynamics" button page 404 appears.

What can I do to fix this?

murat and integracao, there a couple of things going on

1. looks like your trial period expired, hence the Launch AppDynamics is unable to land you on the Controller properly. This is incorrect behavior in my opinion. You should have seen a Trial Expired error message / screen. Not sure why that is not happening in your case. 

2. When you directly hit the url for your Controller at https://voxsoluestecnolgica.saas.appdynamics.com/controller and Enter VoxSoluesTecnolgica as the Account Name, the user/password fields go away because, your Controller is configured for SAML access. For SAML based authentication, no user/password is required. It is expected that the 3rd party SAML provider will have authenticated the user for you to have access to the Controller. Looks like you'd setup the Controller for SAML access when starting your trial. 

Lastly, to fix the Trial issue and get you an extension, I'm happy to connect you with one of our SalesReps. Are you able to provide us your contact info here? Thanks. After fixing the trial license, I'd suggest you try re-trying the same steps (Launch AppDynamics) from the Portal and that should work fine. If it still does not, suggest contacting AppD support by emailing help@appdynamics.com. You are welcome to copy me hari.subramaniam@appdynamics.com as well.

Is the problem still happening?

On the login screen when you type your account name username and password part collapses and says "This account is configured to authenticate with a 3rd-party service."  Than clicking login button takes us to the page integracao mentioned.

@integracao, not sure if this was a temporary issue at the time you'd attempted login. When I use your URL (as seen in the screenshot https://voxsoluestecnolgica.saas.appdynamics.com/controller) from a new Chrome session, I can successfully see the login screen. Ofcourse without knowing your credentials, I'm unable to proceed further. But I see no 404s. Wanna try again and report back please

The login is working correctly, I can login without problem, the problem occurs when I try to "Launch AppDynamics".
