Inactive node still shows as active

Can some one help me on why an inactive node is still showing up as active on Appdynamics console.

Is ther any thing which we are missing...

Sorry some one might have already looked into it but need some suggestion or earlier discussion that happend can help me in fixing my systems issue.

Hi Srinivasa,

We see such cases when there is another machine agent trying to associat to same node or multiple nodes and once the earlier machine agent went down the other jvm started reporting to node we are referring in UI Or the status could be cache issue and browser refresh should fix it.

To debug what could be the actual case here, please provide complete screenshot from controller UI with issue depicting the issue and also the following details:

- screenshot from node dashboard -> Agents section from affected node ,would like to refer jvm pid in agent logs

- zipped vesion of <agent_install_dir>/logs path from affected agent node
