we added browser (aka web) and also mobile end user experience as standard part of our self-service trial offering yesterday. if you don't have the license configured, then you must have started the trial earlier. you have 2 options:
1. reach out to the account manager assigned to your account and ask him to add this to your license. you should already received email from the account manager
2. start a new trial
