HTTP 501 Error Response

HI All,

Please find below url of my SAAS

I have installed java agent and try to connect with my SAAS APM but , i received 501 error while connecting to it.

I configured Proxy for my machine.in server start up .

but i have not mentioned node name and tier name in versioned  controller file.is that really mandatory to refer ?.please let us know in case you required logs.

Also i need to know how to start and restart controller while we use SAAS

I can able to access - https://infosysltd891.saas.appdynamics.com/controller/#/location=AD_HOME_OVERVIEW

Check your internet connection, where you accessing the URL. 

When we are using Saas model, there is no control to start and stop the controller. Just logged into saas model and try to install the agent on the respective servers for monitoring.
