OK figured it out -
I used the Saas URL in the email I received minus the http:// and port 80.

Glad to hear that you figured it out. I think the confusion come from the fact that you downloaded the self service trial version which uses the full pro agent, talking to our SaaS for the controller.
The lite version is a different setup where agent and controller are installed on the same machine and therefore no communication settings are required.
