As mentioned on the website , the lite version should keep data for 2 hours, but the difficulty I am facing is a particular web service call is remaining coloured till it is accessed by the client frequently. But as soon as there are no calls to the web service, after around 10 mins it becomes grey and no informations are displayed for that. But it is supposed to keep the data for 2 hours as per the website.

Yes, the lite version stores data for 2 hours. We suspect the following could be the issue:
- you have generated load for WS calls and WS BT discovered at 2 pm and you have selected time range "last 30 minutes"
- now you have not generated load for past 30 mts , and you have selected time range "last 30 minutes" still, since there is no load for past 30 mts and hence we might see the BT health status as grey and with no call, and this is expected behavior if no data exists for the selected time range in viewer UI.
Can you select time range "last 2 hours" and if there is load on WS BT for in past 2 hours, you should see the health status as green.
If you still see the issue, please attach the relevant screenshot and following logs to debug further:
- <lite_agent_install_dir>/logs
- <lite_viewer_install_dir>/logs

Login viewer UI, Click on the "Last 30 minutes" option from the "time range" section (you should see "Time range" section in lite viewer UI after the "Monitoring ON" section or below the "Logout" link from the header section in viewer UI at the top right corner of the UI or above the business transactions section at the right in "overview" screen)
Time range section has the following options "Last 30 minutes" , "Last 1 hour" and "Last 2 hours" options
Please select "last 2 hours" and you should data for past 2 hours

One more issue is when ever there are some activity on the application that is being monitored, on the dash board there are pop ups like "Fetched 5 backends". Some times those pop ups are from top to bottom. They do not allow us to anything or click on any links available below it.
Is there any way we can stop the pop ups or any way to make them dissapear all the pop ups together?

Glad to hear that you are able to see BT health stats as per time range selected.
Regarding the UI popups query, the popup are due to internal calls from the lite viewer UI to continuously refresh latest data uploaded by agent to the viewer. Currently we cannot configure to disable the UI popups in lite viewer UI.
But the UI info popups should disappear after a minute, and you should be able to click links once they disappear.
However, the UI info popups that you referring in lite viewer that raised on data refresh does not exists in the AD Pro version of the controller UI.

If there are lesser number of pop ups its manageable, but sometimes we are facing huge numbers and they do not dissapear in one minute. The pop ups are really making things difficult and will hamper the popularity of ta great and very useful product.

We apologize the incovience caused here, We are filing an internal bug to address this issue in future Lite release.
However as i mentioned this issue does not exists in AD Pro version of the product
.
