Added transactions (Custom Rules) are data not populating/displaying in Business Transactions page

Hi ,

I need help in identifying the issue related to added Custom Rules data is not populated in the "Business Transaction" .

Steps Followed:

I have added the POJO by giving Method Name and Clsaa Name: Configuration->Instrumentation –>WSRP->New Transaction
Restrated the JVM after adding the Transaction
Server agents and Machine agents are enabled.

First can you check how many BTs you have already defined in your BT
list... My first thought is once you reach the limit (200 by default), you
cannot add any new one anymore.

In app dynamics we have only 20 BT defined. Still the newly configured business transaction(POJO) not displaying.

Please sugeest .
