is there a way to know the number of records which output from SPLUNK DB Connect through oracle driver?

Dears,
i have a question please, is there a way to get the number of records which output from splunk through SPLUNK DB Connect through oracle driver.

Also, is there a way to insert only to the database without making insert & Update with each output?
