custom visualization

Hi all ,

Good morning ,afternoon , evening . 🙂

I have one query which is................ i know d3.js , jquery , python and simple java script , but i dont know backbone.js which i tried to learn but found it very difficult .

So will that become a road block for me for developing my own custom visualization . I tried various stuffs in "dev.splunk.com " but all of them include backbone.js.

I request you all to please help me and let me know the easier way to create the custom visualization in splunk without using backbone.js ..
