Use DB Connection 3 with Splunk Free License.

I've known DB Connect 2 does not work with a Splunk Free License.
But in DB Connect 3 it's like Splunk Free is not included in the prerequisites. And:
This version of Splunk DB Connect is compatible with Splunk Platform versions 6.6.0 and later.

With which functions can I use with a splunk free license if my enterprise trail license expires?
Configuration -> Connection
and Data Lab -> Input & Output?

You can turn your Splunk Instance to Forwarder License and use DB Connect 3.2.0
