TA-mailclient: ERROR mailbox_cleanup

Hello Guys, may be any one can help me!

This my error:
01-02-2018 14:49:17.269 +0100 ERROR ExecProcessor - message from "python "C:\Program Files\Splunk\etc\apps\TA-mailclient\bin\mail.py"" ERRORmailbox_cleanup

I'm sure the config of my mail is good because I have tested this on another Splunk server with ta mail client.
I have forced the clean up with command line "splunk clean inputdata mail" with no error.

But not solve my problems.
I'm on Windows Server 2012 STD CORE x64.

what version of the app are you using? And what value do you have in your inputs.conf for mailbox_cleanup ?

Try adding this to your config if you dont already have a value set:
mailbox_cleanup = readonly
