Splunkbase Apps update bug?

Dear Splunkbase Admins,

I just noticed if you edit your App and don't enter an email at the bottom, it will use the profile email.
In my case it is a private account and I don't like to spread it on the inet.

Was this done on purpose or is it a bug?

Email contacts are shown on purpose. However if you don't want to show that one specific address, you can replace it with URL or different email. Also these are shown to logged in users only.

Thanks for the fast answer. I think most of the Apps owner are not aware of this and maybe a little email note to them would help.
