Splunk Web not starting with restart command

Splunk Web not starting with restart command on RHEL, I was working on "App Management" and "Access Control" section before the splunk web gone. Any help to find the root cause for lost of web appreciated. TIA.

Thanks diogofgm, After placing "startwebserver = 1" in ../system/local/web.conf and restart command started splunk-web.

check if not config regarding web was changed by using btool.

./splunk btool web list --debug
OR this to ignore system/default attributes
./splunk btool web list --debug | grep -v system/default

startwebserver should be = 1
Post the btool result here if you need help with it.

Are there any errors on the console? Check the splunkd and web_service logs in /var/log/splunk and look for errors

try netstop and nestart splunk d from cmd?

He/she is using RHEL, "net stop" and "net start" are for windows as far I remember correctly.
