SQL database error in Splunk

We install app DB2 Connect to add SQL database table in Splunk.
When we tried to establish connection it shows below error:

Access denied for user 'opscenter'@'uslv-papp-spk01.amgen.com' (using password: YES)

Can you Please let us know the above error , Is there any problem from splunk side or we need to check the database credentials.

Thanks,
Sahil

It seems as though either the credentials are incorrect or the user does not have permission to read the database.

Tell us the version of DB Connect you are using and what type of database it's connecting to and we might be more specific.
