Solved: Problem with Excel Export and 5.0.1 - Splunk Community

I have installed SPLUNK 5.0.1 and "export excel" is not giving me the correct result.

It gives me only the header not the data ,kindly let me know what can be done and how to solve this problem

Yes, I have reproduced this. It seems to be a problem related to a change in the streaming JSON format that happened in 5.0.1 (see http://splunk-base.splunk.com/answers/65932/rest-api-json-invalid-format). The issue has been fixed in version 2.0.2.
