Is there a Splunk App for FISMA reporting?

The Splunk App for FISMA Continuous Monitoring PDF mentions of a FISMA app for Splunk but I cannot locate it. Has this been discontinued?

Yes, there is an app. It's still in a limited release, but I believe it will be showing up on Splunkbase in the next week or two. If you have more immediate needs, please let me know.

It may just be in beta, my sales guy has mentioned it to me several times. Though I don't see an app actually available on SplunkBase.
